The NAWQA DWH is now releasing all recent, appropriately-coded NAWQA water-quality records from QWDATA to the public DWH, following the lead of NWISWeb. This means that the previous policy of witholding data on a water-year basis for an extra review period is no longer in effect.

NAWQA data for Water Year 2007 (through September 30, 2007) is now open to the public.

The NAWQA data warehouse query tool has been updated to a new interface. Please send comments and suggestions to gs.nawqa.data@usgs.gov

A new version of the NAWQA Mapper is now available. Main improvements include a "draggable" style map interface, more background map options and better performance. To run the mapper, choose the "MAP SITES & RESULTS" link on the NAWQA Data Warehouse website: http://water.usgs.gov/nawqa/data

Now available in "Map Chemical Concentrations" option is the ability to define custom thresholds. Make maps that show concentrations above and below the threshold you've defined.

New export options including ESRI Shapefile format and Google Earth have been added. Links to discharge-concentration graphs are now available from the identify report. Visit the application here: Map.

A new mapping application is available to display NAWQA's water quality data. Query and map concentration data from any of the Program's thousands of sampling locations on top of background maps from the USGS National Map. Click the link to "Map Chemical Conc." on the left navigation bar to get started.
